1. Cobra pose .

It should be practiced in the morning on an empty stomach.

2. Shoulder stand pose.

It helps reduce anxiety and stress .The pose enables a new flow of blood to the abdominal region ,improving the function of digestive system .It works best when practiced after a meal.

3.Wind relieving pose.

It stretches the abdominal muscles and improves body’s metabolic process.The pose relieves indigestion ,acidity ,flatulence and constipation.It also eases tension in the lower back.Practice it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach to relieve it of pressure.

4. Wheel pose.

It balances your hormones and increases your hip flexibility .The pose energizes your body and keeps the blood in the system purified as well as maintaining normal metabolism.Practice it in the morning or evening on an empty stomach.

5.Bow pose.

It helps to massage the thyroid glands ,improve digestion and increase appetite .It also improves blood circulation and cures gastrointestinal problems as well as relieving stress and stretching the back muscles.Should be practiced in the morning or evening on an empty stomach.

6. Diamond pose.

It helps combat stomach disorders and increases blood circulation in the body .It relieves constipation and improves digestion.It works best when practiced after a meal.Hold the pose for 5-10 minutes.
